Leave: 84 days per year
Compensation: €3,200 - €3,400 DOE
Qualifications: Yachtmaster preferred
Visa Requirements: B1/B2 & Schengen

• Prestigious 60m+ charter yacht with an excellent reputation thanks to repeat clients.
• Winter plan is to cross to the Caribbean due to a few charters being booked already.
• Next year, a boss trip is planned in Northern Europe (Scotland, Norway), followed by a Mediterranean charter season.

Role Requirements

• Yachtmaster or yacht rating is essential.
• A motivated and hardworking Deckhand with a can-do attitude who has played in team sports
• This role is for those experienced deckhands who have intentions to assume more responsibility in the future
• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience with good longevity onboard
• Watersports skills are essential
