A 75m+ private yacht is looking for a Deckhand to join a programme offering all-round deck experience and the opportunity to cruise a busy Mediterranean season followed by a quieter Caribbean itinerary.

• You’ll gain exposure and develop skills across all areas of deck operations on a 75m+ yacht, including tender driving, bridge lookout duties, navigation, anchoring, mooring operations and heli-ops.
• Professional onboard environment with a focus on crew development and progression.
• Great Captains onboard who we have known for a long time.
• A minimum of 1 season’s experience on a 40m+ yacht is required, but you must have prior experience of driving large tenders.
• Powerboat Level 2, PWC licence, and Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD) are all required. Yachtmaster Offshore preferred but not essential.
• Starting salary of €3,250, increasing to €3,500 following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, and 60 days leave.
• To start by 10th August in Europe.
• Candidates with a valid B1/B2 visa will be preferred.
• This yacht is open to hear from Deck/Stew couples – providing the Deckhand has the above required experience and certifications.
