Deck/OOW - 100m+ - Dual Season - 3:1

100m+ Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Deck/OOW to join them Early September
Fantastic yacht with high standards, great training culture and an opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door!
We are looking for an OOW unlimited as a minimum – No yacht experience required, can be transferring from a commercial background
Ideally, we are looking for someone coming from a cadetship with a great personality and ideally some form of additional skillset i.e watersports, trade background etc
You need to be well presented, eager to learn and have a strong work ethic
Med Cruising this Summer – Caribbean this Winter
This is a great opportunity to break into the industry with the potential to grow within the program with time
On offer is a salary of 4000+ Euros, 3:1 rotation – full package to be discussed during initial call, but there are plenty of additional perks with this role!
