An ultra-luxury global hospitality brand is seeking a senior charter leader to build and drive its global full-ship charter and incentive sales strategy.

This is a high-impact, shoreside leadership role responsible for securing multi-million-dollar charters, expanding global broker relationships, and shaping the commercial direction of a next-generation luxury maritime product.

About the opportunity

• Lead global charter & incentive sales strategy

• Drive high-value full-ship and group bookings

• Cultivate top-tier broker, intermediary & UHNW relationships

• Structure and negotiate complex charter agreements

• Partner with revenue, operations & marketing to deliver flawless execution

About you

You are a senior professional currently operating within a large superyacht charter brokerage or charter management company, with:

• A proven record of closing premium charter transactions

• Established global broker relationships

• Deep understanding of full-vessel buyouts and luxury pricing structures

• Commercial gravitas and strategic capability
