Leave: Rotation 3:3
Compensation: $8,500 
Qualifications: AEC1/AEC2 - Strong AVIT Knowledge
Visa Requirements: Schengen 
Location: Italy (World Cruising)

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Prestigious 36m+ yacht with an excellent Captain and experienced yacht owners 
• Off-the-beaten-track itinerary, Canary Islands, Baltics, Denmark & Finland 
• Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Crew activities and dinners when possible 
• 2026 New Build
• Will be a hands-on role with a common-goal attitude, looking to build a solid team onboard 
• Good budget for all departments 

Role Requirements

• Extensive AV/IT knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Motivated, hardworking, and proactive with a strong can-do attitude.
• Confident troubleshooting engineering systems independently, without shore-side support.
• 2+ years’ yacht experience with proven longevity and reliability onboard.
