Our UHNW client is seeking a highly professional and adaptable Estate Management couple to oversee the smooth running, upkeep, and day-to-day management of the main residence in Washington D.C and 2 additional properties across the United States.
The couple will also travel regularly to 2 additional properties ensuring that each residence is maintained to five-star standards and fully prepared for the principals’ arrival.
This is a hands-on, service-driven role ideal for a couple who thrive in a dynamic environment and value discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.
This would also suit ex yacht crew - looking to transition into a long term land based opportunity
Live in accommodation is provided in the form of a luxury modern one bedroom apartment which has amazing views.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple residences
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and petty cash reporting
- Provide food service and light cooking when principals are in residence
- Ensure all homes are guest-ready, with housekeeping, organization, and supplies in place
- Support travel logistics including packing/unpacking and property readiness
- Drive principals and guests as required ( Vehicles provided)
- Handle laundry, wardrobe management, and light valet duties
- Assist with occasional events and small gatherings
- Manage seasonal property openings/closings
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in private service (estate management, yacht crew, or luxury hospitality strongly preferred)
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and highly detail-focused
- Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and changing schedules
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Requirements
- Valid U.S. work authorization (both candidates) - *Must be a US Citizen with U.S Passport or Green card*
- Clean, valid U.S. driver’s licenses
- Excellent verifiable references from previous employers
