Quay Group are representing a highly private UHNW household based in Atherton seeking an exceptional Estate Manager / Personal Assistant to support the principals across both estate operations and personal administration.
This is an immediate requirement and a rare opportunity to join a modern, fast-paced household environment supporting highly successful business founders.
The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can operate as a true right-hand, balancing estate management, research, project coordination, and personal support within a fluid and evolving environment.
This is a hybrid operational role combining:
- Estate Management
- Personal Assistance
- Household Operations
- Project & Vendor Coordination
Responsibilities include:
- Managing vendors, contractors, and property-related logistics
- Overseeing household operations and day-to-day administration
- Coordinating projects and ongoing estate developments
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and principal support
- Handling packages, deliveries, vehicles, and household logistics
- Conducting extensive research across a variety of lifestyle and operational matters
- Building structure, systems, and operational efficiencies within the household
The successful candidate must be comfortable operating independently while remaining highly responsive and solutions-oriented.
We are seeking someone who is:

- Strong operationally while remaining adaptable and hands-on

This role requires someone able to match the energy and pace of a modern entrepreneurial household rather than a highly formal environment.
Live-out position
Primarily on-site role , candidate must be able to be onsite daily
Minimal travel required
