Estate Manager – Private Residence - San Francisco Peninsula 

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a private residence in the Menlo Park area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and household management, be well educated with property maintenance, have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of care and presentation for the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage vendors, contractors, landscapers, and service staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the estate remains in excellent condition.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, etc.).
• Maintain household manuals, budgets, and inventory records.
• Coordinate household projects and seasonal upkeep.
• Ensure the security, safety, and discretion of the residence at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing private estates, large homes, or luxury properties.
• Strong knowledge of household systems and maintenance procedures.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and complex schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Local knowledge of the San Francisco Peninsula / Menlo Park area preferred.
