Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced private equity firm headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support their CEO in all administrative, operational, and strategic tasks.
The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and capable of managing competing priorities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, investor calls, travel, and personal commitments.
- Draft, review, and manage high-level communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare materials, presentations, agendas, and briefing documents; take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a point of contact for investors, board members, and key stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary. Ideally you will have 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within private equity, finance, or professional services and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRMs or investor platforms is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits: $130-$160 K dependant on experience
