We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading investment firm in Dallas.
This is a pivotal, mid-level role providing high-level administrative support across business operations and ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
- Manage and maintain a dynamic and complex calendar, ensuring all meetings, investor engagements, and priorities are coordinated seamlessly.
- Act as gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings and commitments.
- Monitor and manage emails, drafting responses, flagging priorities, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Take accurate meeting notes and minutes, track action items, and support follow-through.
- Arrange and coordinate complex business and personal travel (domestic and international) for the CEO and, at times, other senior leaders.
- Partner closely with investors, clients, and internal teams to schedule and execute key meetings.
- Provide ad hoc support on projects and confidential matters as needed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
- Experience coordinating complex travel and logistics.
On offer is a competitive base salary of $85,000 – $100,000 plus performance bonus.
