Based in London, the successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand, coordinating complex schedules, communications, and travel across multiple time zones, while ensuring the Principal’s professional and personal priorities are managed with precision.
Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will deliver seamless support across corporate and private matters, including:
- Managing an intricate, fast-paced schedule across multiple regions and stakeholders.
- Handling communications, correspondence, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and events with exceptional attention to detail.
- Supporting selected private and lifestyle matters, ensuring discretion and efficiency.
- Liaising with senior advisors, corporate teams, and household staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality at all times.
