Executive Travel Curator / Luxury Travel Coordinator | UHNW Family Office | Global Travel Role

Quay Group are seeking an exceptional Executive Travel Curator / Luxury Travel Coordinator to support a multi-billion-dollar UHNW Family Office with highly bespoke global travel planning and execution.

This is a rare opportunity for someone passionate about luxury travel, research, and hospitality to become deeply embedded within a UHNW family environment, curating and delivering extraordinary travel experiences across the globe.

The role combines elements of:

• Luxury Travel Design
• UHNW Concierge
• Travel Scouting & Research
• Lifestyle Coordination
• On-the-Ground Travel Support

The family regularly travels internationally as a group across Asia, Europe, South America, and the Middle East using private aviation, charter yachts, helicopters, and luxury hotels.

The successful candidate will oversee every stage of the travel process, including:

Research & Curation

• Extensive destination research months in advance
• Creating detailed travel itineraries, and presentations
• Curating hotels, restaurants, yachts, guides, and experiences
• Refining itineraries based on principal feedback

Destination Scouting

• Traveling independently to scout destinations ahead of family arrival
• Inspecting hotels, yachts, restaurants, and experiences firsthand
• Meeting local vendors, guides, and hospitality teams
• Preparing detailed reports, recommendations, and operational notes

Touring Support

• Accompanying the family during travel
• Managing logistics and troubleshooting in real time
• Remaining highly responsive throughout each trip
• Ensuring seamless luxury experiences at all times

We are seeking someone who is:

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Passionate about luxury travel and hospitality
• Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable with extensive international travel
• Naturally service-minded with excellent taste and judgement

Strong preference for candidates from:

• UHNW luxury travel firms
• Amex Centurion / Black Card concierge teams
• Luxury lifestyle concierge companies
• Yacht Chief Stewardess backgrounds
• High-end experiential travel design

This role would particularly suit someone seeking to work closely with one principal/family rather than managing multiple clients.

This is a highly immersive lifestyle role rather than a traditional office-based position.

Location

Globally mobile role, candidate may be based anywhere with flexibility to travel internationally.
