- The right candidate will be hands-on, technically skilled, and confident navigating Pacific coast waters, with a genuine enthusiasm for remote cruising and surf culture.

- Cruising itinerary includes California, Baja, and surf destinations along the Pacific coastline
- The owner is a keen surfer and values a captain with similar interests
- Professional but relaxed environment with a strong focus on exploration and water sports
- Minimum Master 500GT
- Solid experience as captain on vessels 35m+
- Strong leadership, crew management, and communication skills
- Confident handling in swell-prone anchorages and remote surf zones
- In-depth knowledge of surf spots, swell patterns, and safe water access
- Technical and engineering oversight is expected as part of the role
- Prior experience cruising the West Coast, Baja, or Central America preferred
- A package of $8,000 - $10,000 is on offer with 60 days leave
