Facilities Engineer – Substantial Private Residence (Paris)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a prestigious private residence in Paris for a Facilities Engineer & Houseman to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and presentation of a high-value property to exacting standards.

This role would suit a French national or fluent French speaker, ideally an Engineer currently working on or transitioning from a Superyacht, or a professional with comparable experience gained within a luxury private estate or established 5-star hotel environment.

The Role
Reporting to senior estate management, the position is hands-on and varied, combining technical facilities oversight with refined houseman and property support duties. Responsibilities include coordinating specialist contractors, maintaining complex building systems, supporting preventive maintenance programmes, and ensuring the residence is consistently guest-ready.

The Candidate
You will be discreet, highly organised, and technically capable, with a strong service mindset. A background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering is highly desirable, alongside comfort working within a private, high-profile environment. Flexibility, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.
