Position: Family Office Assistant (Remote, EU-based)

Location: Fully remote (EU-based, UK time zone preferred)

Salary: €45,000–€55,000 per annum

A growing international family office is seeking an experienced Family Office Assistant to provide high-level support to an executive and his Chief of Staff. This fully remote role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a flexible, lifestyle-driven environment and enjoys managing both personal and business priorities for ultra-high-level executives.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will provide comprehensive support across multiple areas, including personal assistance, business operations, and travel management. You will also liaise with household staff and oversee execution of various functional programs. This is a varied, hands-on role that requires someone who is highly organized, culturally aware, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and personal support to the principal and his family, including scheduling, correspondence, and task management
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage complex international travel, including visa arrangements and private as well as commercial travel logistics
  • Support business operations, process management, and execution of key programs within the family office
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational priorities
  • Oversee household staff and ensure smooth household management in alignment with executive requirements
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity in all communications and actions

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive or personal support, ideally in a family office, UHNW, or high-level corporate environment
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with Google Suite and other online productivity tools
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage work across multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively without direct oversight
  • Culturally aware, discreet, and capable of reading between the lines; able to work with an executive who communicates in a direct, results-focused manner

Language preference: Polish/ German speaking candidates would be ideal, but not essential. Fluent English essential

Travel

Occasional travel to the USA and Germany (approx. once per year)
