First Mate required for a well-run 35m Private M/Y

• We are looking for an experienced, hands-on First Mate to join a professional crew on a privately owned yacht operating primarily in the Mediterranean.
• This is a long-term role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, works well as part of a small team, and is confident supporting the Captain in the day-to-day running of the vessel.
• Long-term European owners 
• Multinational active crew
• This is a good opportunity for someone to step up into a First Mate's role
• Happy to look at someone with a YM ticket who is working towards their OOW
• Solid navigational and watchkeeping skills
• Strong tender driving experience
• Good yard experience is required
• Good engineering awareness and maintenance knowledge would enhance your application
• Professional, positive attitude and good crew management skills
• Salary €4,500-€5,500 DOE
