A wonderful private family based in Colorado is seeking an exceptional full-time Career Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic and highly capable nanny who genuinely loves working with children and is passionate about their development and education.

Complete fluency in Spanish is an absolute requirement for this position. The successful candidate must be confident speaking, reading and writing in Spanish and able to actively teach and communicate with the children in Spanish.

The Role

The family leads a very busy and dynamic lifestyle and is looking for a nanny who is organized, adaptable and able to confidently keep pace with a changing schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional day-to-day care for the children
• Speaking and teaching Spanish to the children as part of their everyday routine
• Supporting Spanish reading, writing, vocabulary and conversation
• Creating engaging, age-appropriate educational activities
• Supporting the children's learning and development through a Montessori-inspired approach
• Encouraging independence, curiosity, confidence and good routines
• Planning activities, outings and experiences
• Maintaining organization around the children's schedules and activities
• Working collaboratively with the parents and wider household team
• Traveling extensively with the family both domestically and internationally
• Providing flexibility around the family's busy and evolving schedule

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a genuine career nanny who brings professionalism and experience but also has a fantastic personality and naturally connects with very young children.

You will be:

• Completely fluent in Spanish – spoken and written
• Confident teaching children Spanish, including reading and writing

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, five-day-per-week, live-out position. The exact schedule will be determined based on the family's requirements, so flexibility is important.

Candidates should be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally with the family.
