Quay Group is partnering with a prestigious multi-billion-dollar private family office to appoint an exceptional Executive Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator to support a high-profile principal and their family.

The Role
Acting as a trusted right hand, you will take ownership of all aspects of complex international travel and personal logistics. Blending the skills of a travel coordinator, private concierge, and executive assistant, you will ensure every journey and experience is executed flawlessly.
The family travels extensively across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas, often via private aviation, yachts, and bespoke itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end planning and execution of complex global travel itineraries
- Coordination of private aviation, yachts, ground transport, and accommodation
- Acting as a lifestyle concierge, delivering exceptional, highly personalised experiences
- Managing last-minute changes with precision and calm under pressure
- Liaising with elite service providers, hotels, and global partners
- Supporting wider scheduling and logistical needs in collaboration with the EA team
- Handling personal and household requests with absolute discretion
We are seeking a highly capable and service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
You will ideally have:
- 3–7 years’ experience within a family office, UHNW environment, luxury travel, or high-end concierge service
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-destination international travel
- Fluency in English and French (additional languages advantageous)
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- A polished, discreet, and highly professional manner
