An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious 100m dual season private M/Y.
- We are looking for a calm, organised, and creative chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality and a solid understanding of Japanese cuisine
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Head Chef on large yachts and be confident delivering a wide range of high end dishes, with the ability to incorporate refined Japanese flavours and techniques into the guest experience. From elegant sushi and sashimi service to modern fusion and healthy dining, you should be comfortable tailoring menus to suit a variety of guest preferences while maintaining exceptional standards at all times.
- You will be responsible for leading the galley team, managing provisioning and budgets, maintaining impeccable hygiene standards, and delivering outstanding food for both guests and crew during busy owner trips and charters.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are essential.
