We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a beautiful 55m classic private motor yacht operating a dual season itinerary.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and organised chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional cuisine for owners and guests while also maintaining a high standard of crew food.
- You will be creative, adaptable, and confident managing all aspects of the galley independently
- You will have previous experience as a Head Chef or Sole Chef on a similar sized yacht
- You will have a varied culinary repertoire, excellent provisioning and inventory management skills, and a strong understanding of dietary requirements and guest preferences
- The yacht runs a dual season itinerary with summers in the Med and the winter being either Asia or the Caribbean
- As well as being well rounded in a variety of cuisines, you will need to be confident in baking and desserts
- A package of €9,000 with 2:2 rotation is on offer
- Start date - 15th June
- Use of the crew gym
- Single cabin
