• The yacht will be travelling extensively, so someone who genuinely enjoys the adventure of world cruising and adapting menus to different destinations will be a great fit.
• You will need to have a strong background in both yachting and fine dining restaurants
• Having a good understanding of nutritional value will enhance your application
• Creative, adaptable and confident with menu planning
• Comfortable catering for both owners and guests
• Excellent provisioning and organisational skills
