Head Chef - Japanese trained - 55m Private M/Y

I am currently seeking a Head Chef who specialises in Japanese cuisine for a 55m Private M/Y

  • Dual season itinerary 
  • The owners have a strong appreciation for authentic Japanese dining, so we're looking for someone who can confidently deliver everything from refined sushi and sashimi to robata, tempura, ramen, omakase experiences and contemporary Japanese dishes, while also being comfortable producing a variety of international cuisine for guests and crew.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef on a similar sized yacht, as well as strong land based experience in high end Japanese restaurants
  • Excellent provisioning and galley management skills
  • Positive attitude with a team focused mentality
  • Great training budget put in place
  • A salary $8,500 with 60 days leave is on offer
  • Start date: End of July
