Head of Yacht Management – Monaco

A leading, forward-thinking superyacht management company is seeking an experienced Head of Yacht Management to join its Monaco office. This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a dynamic, high-performance environment supporting some of the world’s most prestigious yachts and Owners.

The Role

As a senior member of the Yacht Management department, you will guide and develop a team of Yacht Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the fleet. Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the department’s leadership board, you will help shape both operational direction and long-term strategy.

You will foster strong relationships with clients, captains, and internal teams, becoming a trusted advisor and champion of service excellence, operational consistency, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will span resource planning, yacht allocations, mentoring, process optimisation, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Yacht Management team to ensure consistently high service standards.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Owners, captains, and colleagues.

  • Provide confident guidance on complex yacht management and maritime matters.

  • Drive a proactive culture of feedback, professional growth, and improvement.

  • Oversee workload allocation, streamline processes, and encourage technology adoption.

  • Support revenue opportunities, including cross-selling and ensuring accurate invoicing.

  • Work closely with specialist team leaders across the wider Yacht Management function.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior or leadership role within yacht or maritime management.

  • Deep understanding of industry standards and complex operational scenarios.

  • A passion for improvement, innovation, and developing your team.

  • Fluency in English.
