Quay Group are representing a warm and down-to-earth UHNW couple seeking an exceptional House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their private residence in Dallas.
This is a key leadership role within a fully private household, requiring a polished, proactive, and highly organised professional who can ensure the home operates seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service, and discretion.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of two full-time housekeepers while acting as the central point of coordination across all household operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all day-to-day household operations
- Maintaining exceptional standards throughout
- Coordinating vendors, contractors, and household maintenance
- Managing household inventories, supplies, and provisioning
- Assisting with entertaining, events, and guest readiness
- Supporting family logistics, travel preparation, and special occasions
- Handling personal assistant duties and confidential errands as required
