We are seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join an established household team at a beautiful UHNW private residence in Menlo Park, California.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, reliable, and naturally attentive to detail, with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the residence to consistently exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Carry out daily housekeeping duties, including detailed cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Care for fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, artwork, and luxury household finishes.
- Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, and the careful handling of fine linens and clothing.
- Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are beautifully presented and guest-ready.
- Assist with wardrobe organization, linen inventories, and household supplies.
- Support household preparations for guests, family gatherings, and occasional events.
- Work collaboratively with fellow housekeepers and other household staff.
- Identify maintenance or housekeeping issues and communicate these promptly.
- Maintain the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience within a UHNW private residence or comparable luxury environment.
- Excellent knowledge of professional cleaning methods, products, and the care of delicate materials.
- Strong laundry and garment-care skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to follow established household routines while working independently when required.
- Professional, trustworthy, and respectful of the family's privacy.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
