Housekeeper – UHNW Private Residence

An ultra-high-net-worth private family is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for their private residence in Miami. This is a newly established property and offers an excellent shore-based opportunity for an ex-yacht steward(ess) looking to transition into a long-term land role while maintaining high service standards.

The role suits a detail-oriented, discreet professional who understands luxury environments, presentation, and guest readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping to an exceptional standard
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Care of high-end furnishings, finishes, and household items
• Preparing the home for principals and guests (turn-down, presentation, readiness)
• Working closely with Estate Management and other household staff
• Household organization and Inventory Management
• Local errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaning etc
• Maintaining discretion, privacy, and professionalism at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Former Yacht Steward/ess or experienced private household housekeeper
• Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and fabric care
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional

This role offers a stable, long-term position within a UHNW household with the opportunity to help build a new estate team from the ground up. Accomodation can be provided if necessary along with relocation assistance
