This is a rare opportunity to be part of the creation, setup, and long-term operation of a flagship European residence under an Owner known for excellence and supporting exceptional staff.

Initial Phase – Property Setup

You will be involved in:

• Assisting with the initial residence setup

• Supporting the House Manager and opening team as systems, standards, and operations are established

Ongoing Responsibilities

Once operational, your duties will include:

• Full 5-star housekeeping of all guest and staff areas

• Laundry and wardrobe management

• Assisting with guest service and light catering, with the role evolving more into service as the residence becomes fully active

You will work closely with:

• Reporting to House Manager

Employment Package

• €4,000 per month NET

• Corporate accommodation provided

Requirements

• EU passport or EU residency

• Yacht experience strongly preferred – understanding of ultra-high standards is essential

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Minor tattoos are acceptable

• All logistical, contractual, and arrival arrangements will be coordinated by the House Manager and management team
