Interior & Wardrobe Manager for UHNWI Principal
Location: Central UK (with flexibility for occasional UK and international travel)

A rare opportunity for an exceptionally discreet, sharp and highly organised Interior & Wardrobe Manager to join the private team of an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI). This role demands the highest standards of confidentiality, mental agility, and attention to detail across multiple private residences and collections.
Working closely with the Principal, you will be responsible for the care and management of fine materials, jewellery, wardrobe and interior presentation, while overseeing inventories, specialist purchases, and essential personal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate extensive wardrobe collections, including fine fabrics, couture, accessories, jewellery and footwear
- Oversee wardrobe presentation and seasonal rotations across multiple properties
- Manage packing and unpacking for frequent travel, special events and daily needs
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory systems for wardrobe, interiors, valuables and medications
- Arrange and oversee purchases of luxury goods, fine materials and bespoke items
- Liaise with high-end designers, personal shoppers, conservators and specialist service providers
- Ensure the proper handling, care and preservation of valuable garments and objects
- Maintain discreet records of purchases, usage, gifting and collections
- Collaborate effectively with the wider private household team
- Flexibly support personal and lifestyle needs, maintaining the utmost discretion at all times
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar role for a UHNWI, high-profile household or luxury environment
- Impeccable organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion, fine jewellery and materials
- Sharp mental agility with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Absolute discretion, loyalty and professionalism
- Comfortable managing medications and personal requirements with sensitivity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility for occasional travel within the UK and internationally
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK
