A leading yacht management company is looking for a Junior HR Manager to join its Monaco office. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years’ HR experience, ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll support all core HR functions, with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and recruitment across both office-based staff and yacht personnel.
Key Responsibilities

Administer contracts, employee records, and HR documentation in line with Monaco labour law

Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and support payroll data preparation

Provide first-line HR support to managers and staff, handling queries with discretion

Assist with recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling

Ensure compliance with labour regulations and support audits or inspections

Contribute to internal HR projects, employee engagement, and policy updates
About You

2–4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within Monaco or South of France

Familiar with Monegasque/French labour law and payroll practices

Fluent in French and English (essential)

Strong organisational skills and a proactive, professional approach

Experience in yachting, maritime, or luxury services is a plus
