Land-Based Purser / EA – Family Office (Yachts up to 80m)

A well-established Family Office is seeking a highly organised and motivated Land-Based Purser / Executive Assistant to join their team, supporting a busy fleet of privately operated yachts up to 80m.

Working closely with the Head of Fleet Operations, this is a dynamic and varied role providing shoreside support across an active programme operating primarily throughout the Pacific and Caribbean.

This position would suit a candidate with a strong yachting background such as a former yacht purser, or Chief Stew who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing logistics, operations, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct administrative and operational support to the Head of Fleet Operations

• Coordinating logistics across a fleet of yachts up to 80m

• Assisting with operational planning, scheduling, and fleet movements

• Organising owner and fleet events, including regattas and other activities

• Managing complex international travel and itineraries

• Supporting finance administration and operational documentation

• Liaising with captains, crew, management companies, and suppliers

• Assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of a busy fleet programme

The role involves extensive international travel (approximately 180 days per year), so flexibility and enthusiasm for being on the move are essential.

An interest in watersports and the yachting lifestyle would be highly advantageous.
