We are looking for a Lead/Senior HK, to join this incredible 150m+ new build yacht 

• Candidates will have experience on board 100+m yachts preferably and been in a Senior/Lead role, showing good longevity on their CV 
• This is a truly exciting opportunity to join something completely unique! The yacht is being as a Research/Science/Super Yacht and as such will be world cruising and have diverse guests / clients on board
• Senior operational housekeeping role supporting the Head of Housekeeping with daily management, crew supervision, and quality control across all accommodation and interior spaces.
• Key responsibilities:
• Supports the Head of Housekeeping in day‑to‑day housekeeping operations
• Acts as lead housekeeper on shift, supervising and guiding the housekeeping team
• Oversees cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest, crew, and public areas
• Assists with training, onboarding, and mentoring of junior housekeeping crew
• Ensures housekeeping SOPs are followed and supports ongoing SOP development
• Coordinates linen, laundry flow, inventories, and stores in collaboration with Laundry
• Supports turnarounds, inspections, and special events or guest movements
• Comfortable working across guest, crew, and mission‑related accommodation areas
• Reports to: Head of Housekeeping
• Salary and package TBC - Rotation will be on offer - 2:1
