50m+ Motor Yacht seeking a Lead Deckhand.
Private/Charter.
B1/B2 ideally.
Dual Season - Currently in the Bahamas, heading over to Barcelona then onto a busy charter summer in the Mediterranean.
2+ Years experience required.
1st April start.
5:1.
Salary DOE + excellent tips.
The ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing with a positive outlook and the ability to bring energy to a team.
Excellent longevity onboard and the crew culture is built on a close knit, like family narrative. Please note that this vessel is a strict non smoking yacht. Generous bonus scheme and training package.
