We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Deckhand to join a 40m+ Private M/Y, a brand-new build preparing to launch.

• The vessel will be permanently based in the Mediterranean with an exciting and active private program. 
• Previous Lead Deckhand experience on yachts of similar size.
• Experienced Middle Eastern Owners
• Excellent tender driving skills (jet tender experience essential).
• Confident with watersports setup, safety, and instruction.
• Strong knowledge of deck maintenance, washdowns, paintwork, and teak care.
• Experience with new builds, commissioning, or yard periods is highly advantageous.
• Positive leadership skills, proactive work ethic, and team player attitude.
• Yachtmaster is required
• A package of €4,000-€4,500 with 45 days leave is on offer.
• Start date: first week of Jan or slightly earlier
