Lifestyle Assistant | UHNW Principal | Los Angeles
A UHNW principal based in Los Angeles is seeking a highly polished, discreet and intuitive Lifestyle Assistant / Estate Stew to provide seamless day-to-day support within a private residence starting in the summer months.
This is a hybrid position requiring a hands-on, adaptable individual who can operate with a high level of awareness, discretion and initiative in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand presence within the home, supporting the principal with daily logistics, light household oversight, and lifestyle coordination, while maintaining a consistently organized and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Discreet personal and lifestyle support to the principal
• Day-to-day household readiness and organization
• Errands and ad hoc requests managed with efficiency and discretion
• Light food and beverage preparation
• Preparing the residence ahead of arrivals and daily use
• Maintaining awareness of the property in the principal’s absence
The role requires a naturally proactive individual who is able to anticipate needs, adapt to changing rhythms, and integrate seamlessly into an informal but high-level private household.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Prior experience within UHNW private households or luxury environments
• Strong intuition, emotional intelligence, and discretion
• A calm, service-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility and comfort within an unstructured, evolving role
• A positive, low-profile presence
This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles; live out with potential to live in once renovations on the property are complete. Relocation assistance is offered to those candidates coming outside of LA.
This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced yacht steward(ess) looking to transition into a land-based role, bringing a strong service mindset and adaptability into a private household setting.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
