A genuinely exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional hospitality professional to join a prestigious corporate brand with a major presence across the Formula 1 calendar.

We are seeking a polished, energetic and highly organised VIP Guest Experience Manager to deliver an outstanding experience for invited guests across some of the world’s most iconic sporting events.

This is not a desk job.

You’ll be on the ground at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends, acting as the face of the guest experience — coordinating logistics, managing VIP itineraries, facilitating exclusive experiences, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

From pit lane access and hospitality hosting to transport logistics, last-minute problem solving and bespoke guest requests, this role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure luxury environments.

The ideal background could include:

• Chief Stewardess or Purser from a private superyacht
• VIP / private aviation cabin crew
• Luxury corporate hospitality
• UHNW lifestyle or concierge management
• High-end events or private client services

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing VIP guest experiences throughout Formula 1 race weekends
• Coordinating hospitality logistics, guest arrivals, transfers and schedules
• Organising exclusive experiences including pit tours, private dining and bespoke activations
• Acting as the key point of contact for invited guests on-site
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, hospitality partners, suppliers and event teams
• Supporting high-profile brand activations at international events
• Ensuring exceptional presentation, communication and service standards at all times
• Managing moving parts calmly when plans inevitably change at pace
