The Opportunity to join a a fast-growing, ultra-luxury superyacht brokerage operating within a wider ecosystem of interconnected businesses (private jets, F1 hospitality, and luxury real estate). A highly entrepreneurial, fast-moving group of companies, led by a visionary founder focused on driving top-line growth, securing high-level corporate partnerships, and building global brand equity. As they scale toward our goal of doubling revenue, we are looking for a highly structured, decisive, and execution-focused Operations Manager. Your mandate is to build the operational engine that allows our businesses to scale efficiently. You will take ownership of critical internal functions, transforming fast-paced entrepreneurial energy into predictable, scalable systems. This role is not for someone who wants to be micromanaged. We need a self-starter who sees operational complexity as an opportunity to build structure, who is comfortable managing up, and who thrives on driving projects from concept to completion.
As Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the company, taking full ownership of the following 10 pillars to drive our next phase of growth:
1. Talent Acquisition & Team Building You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure we have the right talent to scale. You will identify talent gaps, write compelling job specs, source high-calibre candidates, conduct vetting, and drive the hiring process efficiently to secure top performers for critical roles.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Design In a fast-moving environment, systems are the key to scale. You will design, implement, and enforce lightweight, highly effective operational systems—SOPs, weekly cadences, and accountability structures—ensuring seamless execution without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
3. Performance Management & Culture You will be an objective driver of team performance. You will set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and make decisive calls on team composition to protect our high-performance culture and maintain strong margins.
4. Strategic Execution & Project Management When leadership sets a strategic direction, you are the engine that makes it happen. You will project manage key initiatives, establish clear timelines, hold stakeholders accountable, and ensure that strategic goals are translated into tangible, measurable results.
5. Financial Visibility & Reporting You will build the infrastructure for real-time, data-driven decision making. You will create and maintain unified dashboards tracking P&L, pipeline health, overhead trends, and margin performance across the business, giving leadership the clarity needed to navigate rapid growth.
6. Tech Stack Optimisation You will lead the rationalisation and integration of our software tools (including Pipedrive, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Zendesk). Your goal is to eliminate overlaps, optimise licenses, and ensure our CRM and marketing platforms are fully integrated to support a seamless client journey.
7. Scalable Delegation Architecture You will build resilient operational structures that empower the team and decentralise decision-making. By creating robust systems that do not rely on single points of failure, you will free up the CEO and senior leadership to focus purely on high-leverage growth activities.
8. Content Production Systems Our brand is a key driver of our success. You will manage the operational workflow behind our content engine—overseeing ideation, scripting, scheduling, and multi-platform distribution (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)—ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
9. Corporate Pipeline Management We have a strong and growing corporate pipeline that requires systematic management. You will build and oversee the machine that tracks, nurtures, and converts corporate leads (especially B2B and F1 sponsors), turning ad hoc opportunities into a predictable revenue stream.
10. Commercial Hygiene & Compliance You will manage the vital operational details that protect our bottom line. This includes enforcing discretionary spending controls, optimising supplier contracts, managing software licenses, and overseeing compliance matters for our international projects.
