Personal Assistant to UHNW principles – San Francisco Bay Area
Our client, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support them at their private household.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work closely with the Estate Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the principals’ personal lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal support to the principals, ensuring all needs are anticipated and met efficiently
- Coordinate personal schedules, appointments, and reservations
- Assist with travel planning and itineraries (personal travel only)
- Manage household-related errands, purchases, and deliveries
- Act as liaison with vendors, household staff, and service providers
- Support with event preparation and guest arrangements at the property
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a private UHNW household (preferred)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team player, comfortable working in collaboration with an Estate Manager and household staff
- Local knowledge of the Bay Area is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license required
Position Details
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (based at the property)
Schedule: Full-time, flexibility required
Compensation: $150,000 annually, plus full benefits
