An ultra-high-net-worth family based on the Upper East Side is seeking an experienced Private Hospitality & Service Coordinator to join their household.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a warm, personable, and highly service-oriented professional who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences within a private home. Whether your background is in luxury yachting, private butler service, five-star hospitality, or fine dining, we're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering impeccable service and anticipating every detail.

The family enjoy elegant day-to-day dining and intimate dinners with family and close friends throughout the year, alongside occasional larger celebrations during holidays and special occasions. They are seeking someone who can confidently take ownership of the hospitality experience while working closely with the Private Chef and wider household team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver polished lunch and dinner service for the family and their guests.
• Create elegant tablescapes that complement both everyday dining and special occasions.
• Work closely with the Private Chef to plan menus, coordinate service, and ensure every meal is beautifully presented.
• Provide knowledgeable and confident wine service, including pairing recommendations where appropriate.
• Manage the household wine inventory, ensuring the cellar remains organized, stocked, and ready for entertaining.
• Prepare dining areas before service and restore them afterwards to the highest standard.
• Support intimate family dinners as well as occasional larger holiday celebrations and special events.
• Anticipate the family's needs, creating a seamless and welcoming hospitality experience at all times.
• Travel with the family on occasion, providing the same exceptional level of service away from the primary residence.
• Work collaboratively with the wider household team to maintain the highest standards throughout the home.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience in one or more of the following:

• Chief Stewardess or Senior Stewardess on a private yacht.
• Private Butler or luxury household service.
• Five-star hotel, luxury resort, or Michelin-level restaurant hospitality.

You'll also be:

• Warm, personable, and naturally engaging.
• Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident delivering refined food and beverage service.
• Knowledgeable about wine service, cellar organization, and fine dining etiquette.
• Proactive, intuitive, and able to anticipate needs without being asked.
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable working within a UHNW private household.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for the family and their guests.
