Quay Group is delighted to be representing a warm, respectful Ultra High Net Worth family based in the San Francisco Bay Area who are seeking an exceptional Professional ROTA Nanny to join their established household team.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced career nanny who is passionate about child development and enjoys working within a fully staffed, collaborative household. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care for the family's three children, while helping to create a nurturing, structured and engaging environment where the children can thrive.

The family divide their time between 2 residences in San Francisco and the Bay Area and travel regularly throughout the United States and internationally. Flexibility, adaptability and a genuine love of travel are therefore essential.

The Role

Working on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, you will become an integral part of the family's childcare team, working closely with the parents, your rota counterpart and the wider household staff to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional day-to-day care for three school-aged children.
• Planning engaging, educational and developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and independence.
• Supporting school routines, including morning preparation, school drop-offs and pick-ups where required.
• Preparing healthy lunches, snacks and simple meals for the children.
• Maintaining established routines while adapting to the family's travel schedule.
• Packing and unpacking for domestic and international travel.
• Maintaining the children's bedrooms, wardrobes, toys, laundry and personal belongings to an exceptional standard.
• Encouraging positive manners, confidence and emotional development through a warm and supportive approach.
• Working collaboratively with parents, household staff and your rota nanny to ensure seamless communication and consistency.
• Traveling extensively with the family and providing outstanding childcare both at home and while away.

When the children are at school, the nanny will also assist with light family assistant and household support duties (approximately 10–15 hours per week), contributing to the smooth running of the household.

A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field would be highly advantageous, although exceptional experience will also be considered.

Previous experience working in a ROTA position, within a UHNW household, or travelling extensively with families is highly desirable.
