Quay Group is delighted to be representing a warm, respectful Ultra High Net Worth family based in the San Francisco Bay Area who are seeking an exceptional Professional Rota Nanny to join their established household team.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced career nanny who thrives in a structured, fully staffed private household and genuinely enjoys becoming an integral part of a family's daily life.

The successful candidate will work on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, providing outstanding care, consistency and support to three young children while working collaboratively with the family's existing nannies and household staff.

The family divide their time between residences in San Francisco and Palo Alto, whilst also travelling regularly throughout the United States. As such, flexibility and a love of travel are essential.

The Role

This is a hands-on childcare position focused on creating a nurturing, engaging and development-led environment for the children.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional day-to-day care for all three children.
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Supporting learning, creativity and emotional development.
• Maintaining established routines whilst adapting to the family's travel schedule.
• Preparing children's meals and snacks where required.
• Packing and unpacking for frequent travel.
• Maintaining children's wardrobes, bedrooms, toys and supplies to an exceptional standard.
• Working collaboratively with the wider household team to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Accompanying the family on domestic travel and ensuring smooth transitions between residences.
• Liaising with parents regarding schedules, milestones and day-to-day updates.
• Promoting good manners, confidence, independence and positive behaviour in a warm, supportive manner.

The Ideal Candidate
