Regional Service Manager
Marine Engineering – Aftersales & Technical Support

A global leader in advanced marine systems is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee aftersales service operations across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to join an established OEM with a technically sophisticated product line supporting commercial, military, and luxury vessel sectors.

The Role
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring aftersales service and spare parts, managing enquiries from initial request through to successful project completion. The position involves preparing accurate quotations, securing orders, coordinating field service engineers, and ensuring all resources are in place for timely, high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing service delivery for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance

• Coordinating field engineers, parts, tools, and technical documentation

• Monitoring resource utilisation, profitability, and project timelines

• Overseeing compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

• Supporting technician skills development and certification upkeep

The Person
We are looking for an experienced service professional with:

• 2–3 years’ field service experience in the marine or automotive sectors

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read engineering drawings and schematics

• Proven leadership, resource coordination, and customer service skills

• A commercial mindset with attention to quality, cost, and deadlines

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Location & Travel
Office-based on the South Coast UK, with occasional travel as required to customer sites and service locations across Europe.
