An exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate 3rd Chef to join the galley team on board a world-class 100m+ Private M/Y.
- Working under an experienced Head Chef and alongside a strong team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional cuisine to owners and guests while maintaining the highest standards expected on a vessel of this calibre.
- Dual season itinerary
- You will support the Head and Sous Chef in day-to-day galley operations
- Prepare high-quality dishes across a variety of cuisines
- Take responsibility for crew food, ensuring it is nutritious, varied, and well-presented - cooking for around 35 crew
- Assist with provisioning, stock rotation, and inventory management
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the galley
- Step into different sections as required and assist during busy service periods
- Previous yacht experience as a Crew Chef or 3rd Chef on 70m+ vessels preferred
- Strong background in professional kitchens (fine dining or high-end hospitality)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Good understanding of dietary requirements and crew catering
- Ability to work well within a structured team environment
- A package of $6,000 and 2:2 Rotation is on offer
