A prestigious 60m Private M/Y is seeking a highly experienced and creative Rotational Head Chef to join a professional, well-established crew.

• The vessel runs a busy private program with high expectations for refined cuisine, seamless presentation, and meticulous galley management.
• The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the culinary operation onboard, working closely with the Captain and Chief Stewardess to deliver an outstanding dining experience tailored to the owners’ preferences.
• This is a true Head Chef role requiring leadership, strong organisation, and the ability to maintain consistency and excellence throughout the season
• Designing and delivering exceptional, restaurant-quality cuisine for owners and guests
• Creating bespoke menus tailored to preferences, dietary requirements, and cruising locations
• Overseeing all galley operations, systems, and standards
• Managing provisioning and budgeting at a high level across international cruising grounds
• Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Maintaining detailed records, stock control, and cost management
• Coordinating closely with interior for themed events and special occasions
• Proven experience as Head Chef on 55m+ private or high-end charter yachts
• Background in fine dining, Michelin-level or high-end restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisines and modern culinary trends
• Confident provisioning globally and managing substantial budgets
• Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
