We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Head Chef to join an 80m Private M/Y operating a dual season program.

- You will be confident in catering to different preferences and dietary requirements, maintaining consistently high standards, whether cooking for intimate family use or larger guest parties.
- This is a rotational position offering an excellent work-life balance, working opposite another Head Chef to ensure seamless transitions and consistency onboard.
- Strong organisation, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as you will be managing provisioning, budgeting, galley operations, and hygiene standards.
- Plan and execute diverse, high-quality menus tailored to owner and guest preferences
- Manage all aspects of provisioning, stock control, and budgeting
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation within the galley
- Oversee and train any junior galley staff if required
- Proven experience as a Head Chef on similar size yachts or in high-end establishments
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines
- A generous salary is on offer, with 2:2 rotation
