We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a well-established 60m dual-season charter yacht operating with a rotational package.
- We are seeking a talented and versatile chef who is confident managing all aspects of a busy galley operation, delivering exceptional cuisine for both owners and charter guests while maintaining high standards of crew food.
- The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of producing a wide variety of cuisines to an outstanding standard.
- The yacht runs an active charter programme, requiring a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating bespoke guest experiences, and can consistently deliver under pressure.
- Proven experience as Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht
- Strong charter background preferred
- Excellent provisioning and budgeting skills
- Confident in producing a wide range of international cuisines
- Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and guest preferences
- Positive attitude with a team-focused mentality
