We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a well-established 60m dual-season charter yacht operating with a rotational package.

• We are seeking a talented and versatile chef who is confident managing all aspects of a busy galley operation, delivering exceptional cuisine for both owners and charter guests while maintaining high standards of crew food.
• The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of producing a wide variety of cuisines to an outstanding standard.
• The yacht runs an active charter programme, requiring a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating bespoke guest experiences, and can consistently deliver under pressure.
• Proven experience as Sole Chef on a similar-sized yacht
• Strong charter background preferred
• Excellent provisioning and budgeting skills
• Confident in producing a wide range of international cuisines
• Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and guest preferences
• Positive attitude with a team-focused mentality
