A 60m Private Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced and driven Rotational Sous Chef to join a professional galley team on a dual season private program.

- Working closely with an experienced Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering refined, restaurant-quality cuisine for owners and guests.
- The program operates to a very high standard, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to perform consistently during busy guest trips.
- Supporting the Head Chef in the preparation and execution of high-end guest meals
- Preparing and delivering quality crew meals
- Managing mise en place and service during busy periods
- Taking charge of the galley during the Head Chef’s rest periods
- Assisting with provisioning, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day galley operations
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef on 50m+ yachts or a strong Sole Chef on 40m+
- Solid fine dining or high-end restaurant background
- Confident across a wide range of cuisines including Mediterranean, modern European, and health-focused dishes
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
- Positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- B1/B2 is essential
- A package of $5,500 with 2:2 rotation is on offer
