A 70m Private M/Y is seeking a talented and motivated Sous/Crew Chef to join the team.

- Working closely with the Head Chef, you will assist in the preparation and delivery of high quality meals for both guests and crew.
- The vessel operates to a high standard, so attention to detail, organisation, and a positive attitude are key.
- Taking responsibility for crew meals when required
- Assisting with provisioning, stock control, and galley organisation
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
- Contributing ideas for menus and dishes
- Ensuring smooth day to day galley operations
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie looking to step up
- Experience in high end restaurants or yachts preferred
- Confident across a variety of cuisines with a focus on fresh, healthy cooking
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure
- Good team player with a positive and flexible attitude
- Ships Cook certificate is essential
- This is a strict non smoking/vaping yacht
- A salary of €4,500-€5,000 is on offer
- Time for Time Rotation
