  • 80m Private Motor yacht are seeking a seasonal 2nd officer to join them from November until April 2026

 

  • Interesting and varied role onboard a prestigious yacht during an extensive refit period in Turkey

 

  • They are looking for a 2nd officer with OOW 3000 to join them during a 6-month refit period overseeing the projects onboard alongside a 15-year survey.

 

  • Ideally you will have good yard experience and be confident overseeing a small team alongside contractors and multiple projects onboard. This will be great experience for someone looking to build on refit and survey knowledge

 

  • Accommodation onshore, weekends off, flexibility to take time off and the opportunity to explore the local and surrounding areas with lots to see alongside a close by ski resort for all your skiers and boarders!

 

  • This would suit someone recently qualified looking to get their foot in the door as an officer and have a good work life balance over the Winter period

 

  • Must be confident with deck and maintenance systems as well as being organised, methodical and with a good eye for detail

 

  • This seasonal role will offer a good degree of flexibility for candidates looking to be at home for Christmas etc and able to take weekends where needed!

 

  • Package TBC but will be above industry standard, leave will be accrued and can be taken or paid out at end of contract. Accommodation and food budget for ashore all included. More details to follow shortly and can be discussed during initial calls
