We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Deckhand to join a well-run 24m Private M/Y

• The yacht is based in Greece and will be cruising the West Mediterranean, offering a great opportunity to gain solid experience on a smaller, busy vessel with a close-knit crew.
• This is a seasonal position suited to someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to get stuck in across all deck operations while maintaining high standards.
• Key responsibilities include general deck maintenance, washdowns, polishing, teak care, tender driving, and assisting with guest operations.
• You will also be expected to support with docking, anchoring, and ensuring the exterior is always presented to a high level.
• The ideal candidate will have at least one season of experience on yachts of a similar size, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Being a team player is essential on a vessel of this size, as is the ability to take initiative and work efficiently under direction.
